2026 Cohort

February 2026 marked the second year of the Prelude program. Fellows connected with over 70 established filmmakers and industry professionals through workshops, talks, panels, and one-on-one generals, with guests ranging from acclaimed writers and breakout independent directors to senior studio executives.

Across the program, including the 30-hour weekend retreat, each fellow engages in 170+ hours of group programming (panels, workshops, site visits, etc.), assignments, mentorship (eight sessions total), and one-on-one development with the founders, with over 96% of the programming taking place in person.
